Notes

Used Lilly of the valley pattern that is basis of this pattern to create a rectangular shawl/ table runner. Followed the main outlined pattern in red plus 4 stitches for the offset 7 times, then added the 10 edge stitches (5 each side)

Edged the shawl with 6 rows of garter top & bottom as well as 5 stitches of garter each side

I knit until I ran out of yarn & broke into second ball for 12 rows. Maybe if I had made nupps tighter I could have had enough.

I did not use any “trick” to knit nupps. I feel like a pro after a shawl of this size. I found it helpful to stretch out my ‘knit, yo, knit, etc’ to give the stitches more room to purl on following rows. There is a sweet spot between too tight & too loose

Very pleased with how this turned out. The yarn was PERFECT for this pattern.
