Easy pattern to understand and follow. Crocheting tightly and evenly is important when working this pattern.
Made a modification (an idea that came from someone else) to the top edge - added a round of hdc over the final round of sc so prevent the top from rolling and add a little extra stability to the edge.
Added a lining with inside pockets and a zipper. This will keep the crochet bag part from stretching.
I crocheted an i-cord to use for the straps, using two strands of yarn to make it thicker.
