This incredibly simple project got off to numerous false starts. Yes, the lace is dead easy but all bets are off if you have to rip back. What worked for me was stitch markers, zillions of stitch markers, every 3 stitches.

The finished project ended up quite large as I just knit until I ran out of yarn. But it’s light and soft and a great piece for wrapping. Hopefully we’ll have a few more cool nights before I have to put it away for summer.
