Row 1 of ruffles:
String 8 beads onto working yarn.
Join with a SC in 1st loop, * skip 2 loops, 4 DC in next loop, ch 1, slide bead into place, ch2, sl stitch into bottom of 1st chain creating a picot, 3 DC
Skip 2 loops, SC in next loop. Repeat from * creating 8 picot ruffles. Bind off.

Row 2:
String 7 beads onto workin yarn.
Join with DC in first unworked front loops of row 4, 3 DC in the same loop. * skip 2 loops, SC in the next loop, skip 2 loops. In the next loop 4 DC, ch 1, slide bead into place, ch 2, sl stitch in the 1st ch creating a picot, 3 DC. Repeat from * to the end finishing last repeat with 4 DC in the last loop. Bind off. 7 picot ruffles and 2 ruffles with 4 DC.

Repeat rows 1&2 working down the base ending with a row 1 repeat
