Made 24month size with smaller unturned brim.

As written, pattern does not yield an eve 2x2 rib. First hat I dec 2 stitches to make even, second hat I added two extra on CO. knit ribbing until I was bored, then knit plain until 6” from CO. I used a 3 needle bindoff, but wish I had kitchnered. It would have looked nicer.
