WOrked the 10 repeat version, even though I had more yarn (enough for 12), so that I coul make kiddo her own shawl with the remaining yarn.

Dyed yarn with 3yo using “burgundy” wilton food dye. I knew from experience it would come out this colour.

Clue 1 - started on release date. Got most of the way through before deciding I didn’t like how my beads were falling between the YOs. Presumably designer intended them to be placed on the stitch below. I really do not like that method because it tightens up sts. I always place them on the new stitch made unless deliberately seeing to tighten sts, so I’m placing mine on the row below. Also opted to not work the heavily beaded row 2 and instead placed them at the tips on R3. Beads picked up on the 2nd of Feb as I began. They’re a “strawberry” colour-lined clear glass 6/0 bead in three shades of pink.
Finished second go at clue 1 (after ripping back to R2) on the 5th of Feb.

Clue 2 - whipped through.
Clue 3 - finished same day… I should slow down. Nah. Found an errata on row 45 - beading instructions missing from chart and written version. Reported and new version released.

Clue 4 - quick and fun. So nice to see the FO.
