Completely my own design including the colorwork hearts.
Cast on: 48 sts, length 10,5 cm,
Length including cuff 15 cm

I chose to put the thumb on the side of the mittens and knit both sides of the mitts in the same pattern. So there shouldn’t be any problem on which hand which mitten goes.
Elasticity was also a concern, little toddler thumbs getting in little mitten thumbs might not be to easy.
