I’m going to adapt woman version of Storm Sweater into man.
For Man version the positive easy should be around 10-15 cm. So for bust circumference 95 cm - the final garment should be closer to 110 cm.
That corresponds to size XS in woman pattern.

As my gauge is 1 sts over the needed one, I’ll go up in size and make S.
Calculations for beginning of the sweater are similar, so it’ll be fine.
