I used an H hook and I tend to crochet tightly, so this is taking a small amount into a third cake to make it as written with no extra round repeats. I will use a bigger hook if I make this again. But the texture and drape are nice.

Adding the rounds at the end makes a big difference to how finished the vest looks.

The recipient is soooo pleased!
