This square is for my sister Ann’s Blanket that I am making her for her 60th Birthday in December. You can find the project page here

I have made this square a few times now. It is a lovely easy pattern to follow.

Really like the colours in this one.

Since starting the squares Ann has changed her mind about the colours several times, but I think we are there now and I’m not going to show her the squares from now on, so it will be a surprise when she unwraps her blanket.

I did tether down the petals, picking up a couple of strands behind the petal and working them into the adjacent stitches.
