Annabel has asked me to make two Taylor Swift dolls to go with the Harry Styles dolls I made her previously.

I used the Hermione doll tutorial here The size is the same as Harry, although there are a few little differences.
Unfortunately there weren’t any English subtitles, but I managed to work it out.

For the hair I followed this tutorial, but I made the hair shorter. I used the larger hook for the hair. For the fringe I did 11ch, 8hdc, 2 sc and for the rest I did 31ch, 27hdc, 2sc. Was a very interesting construction, but worked very well, although mine did curl a little. I managed to get it to lay flat by steaming.

I winged the outfit which I made with Twilley’s Goldfingering thread.

Annabel and her friend are so happy because they managed to get last minute tickets to one of the London performances and are due to go tomorrow.

I’m so pleased I persevered and managed to finish the dolls in time.
