I’m making this baby blanket from my daughter Susie’s work friend Lucy’s baby due in the spring.

Don’t know whether baby is a boy or girl, so babies Mummy has opted for pale green, white and grey and would like some little bunny appliques running along the bottom.

I decided to make the ‘V’ stitch using Le Monde De Sucrette’s instructions in the photo’s. I find it to be a little neater for my way of crocheting.

26.02.20 Blanket all finished, just got to make some bunnies now.

Border: (May use a larger hook for final/bobble round in future)

Rd 1 Sc all around the blanket with white working 3 sc
in corners.
Rd 2 Same as Rd 1 but using green.
Rd 3 With wrong side facing, using green, 2 dc, sl st in
next st all around.

Baby boy Tobias Oscar was born over the Easter holidays 7th April, amid the Coronavirus lock-down. Not a good time for a baby to be born. God Bless him.
