I used the colours as per pattern.
The pattern was very clear to follow, it has enough variety in techniques, colour change to keep you inspired without being daunting. This said, after trying the tubular cast which involves grafting stitches, i decided to opt out and casted off in rib. I have never managed to graft successfully and i couldn’t see myself chancing it on such a large number of stitches. Si as a result my cast off is not invisible as the tubular cast off.

The yarn is lovely to knit with, lofty and as it is cotton it does not drag, even though it gets quite heavy as you wash it, it retains its shape really well.

Other changes i made was to make the arm hole on size smaller to reduce the width of the sleeves (personal preference), though i carried on knitting with the cream colour after i slip the work for the arms. Also, on the cuffs, i introduced the small two rows of turquoise before the black, as i was afraid of that light turquoise getting dirty right at the edge of the cuff.
