Notes

Colours used as per pattern, i had to order one more ball of colours C FC55.

I amended the pattern to do a boxy shape sweater rather than a more fitted with nicely shaped armholes. I found that having struggled to knit back and forth (which i hate for stranded work) and shape the armholes, these were huge once i had sewn the shoulders together and although the sweater fitted me around the waist it was far too big around the chest and shoulders , perhaps i misread the instructions as i was going along. Since I wanted to knit the sleeves in the round, and couldn’t work how to pick up stitches around a deeply shaped armhole AND make the motif look nice where sleeves and armhole join, to redo the whole top of the body straight. I then picked up stitches for the sleeves along this straight arm hole, and knitted the sleeves in the round. I did do a little shaping for the shoulders.

Love this pattern for the motifs and colours and am very pleased with the end results.
