Lanivendole A Stormy Blend Fingering
Notes

Saw the sweater knitted in this kit from Lanivendole and just had to have it, completely overlooking the fact that this is a fingering yarn for a DK sweater.

Had a bit of trouble getting gauge but got there in the end with 4.5 needles and went for the 6th size ( a couple of sizes bigger than I would normally go for even with the positive ease).

The picture shows quite a wide neckline, but the pattern is in fact written for a much tighter neckline. I wanted a wide neckline, so I casted on 150 stitches, and missed the first increase round and the first set of increases of the yoke fairisle chart. As a result, it is quite roomy but I am very pleased with it.
