After initial difficulties with BO (overthinking) stash dived and started knitting this beautiful shawl. Using fingering for ridges and held together lace with sparkling colorless thread for extra accent. Found some chroma gradient from previous projects in blue/teal tones. I hope it will be harmonious.

10/7/21 frogged my earlier version and started again with a different yarn combo. Liking it better. Garter spines look like violin strings held together by airy lace.
10/10/21 frogged again. Don’t like black and white lace pooling, distracts from gradient spine. Ordered see foam and silver lace mohair from Knitpicks, not sure which one will choose. Patiently waiting for yarn to arrive.

10/16/21 lace mohair finally arrived! Love the way it looks now and adding beads to cast on edge looks like dew drops in the air between the gradient stripes (strings)
