This pattern is better displayed in a solid colorway & the yarn would be better displayed in a less-busy pattern. That being said, I am using up stash…so it is what it is!

I found one section of this pattern confusing. To make it easier next time I knit it this is the original part about picking up the wrap & turns…

K12, picking up wrap and knitting together with stitch, M1, repeat from * 2 times, picking up wrap
and knitting together with stitch 5 times, Turn. (14 stitches not worked.)
Slip 1, P20, picking up each wrap and purling together with stitch, M1, repeat from * 2 times, picking
up wrap and purling together with stitch 5 times. (14 stitches not worked.)

HERE IS MY TRANSLATION

K12, pick up wrap and knit together with stitch, M1 2 times, then pick up wrap and knit together with stitch 5 times, Turn. (14 stitches not worked.)
Slip 1, P20, pick up wrap and purl together with stitch, M1 2 times, then pick up wrap and purl together with stitch 5 times. (14 stitches not worked.) TOTAL stitches will be 56 (14 + 28 in the middle + 14)
