The lightballs are stiffened with a balloon inside, and soaked in a mix of wooden glue and water ( half of each) then dried for about 24 hours, or till they are dry.

The pattern is to be found on a Danish HomePage “Koustrup Design” and it’s named “hæklet Lyskugle “.
