used her pattern but did this Pattern is confusing but I think with help of others and thinking about it I am doing this:

First round P1 K11 around

Round 2-- put working yarn in front, slip stich as to purl, place working yarn in back , knit 11 stiches

Repeat these too rounds turn inside out then follow the directions for putting together :) let me know if this helps anyone You will have to turn it inside out
also used smaller needles and yarn for the smaller pumpkins
Used https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/just-a-leaf for the leaves different size yarn and needles for each leaf and did I cord 4 stiches with pipe cleaners inside while I stiched in curleys :)
