It’s not often that I knit the same design twice. But just as quite a few of the testers, I couldn’t resist the urge to give this hat another go.

The grey one is the sample I used to base the pattern on, the green one I made using some stash, in this case Camarose Snefnug. Since that yarn is heavier than what I used for the sample, I used larger needle sizes (4 mm and 3.5 mm). So, the hat is a little larger than the original, but because of the construction of the brim, it still fits great!

I’m sure both will be in heavy rotation once the weather turns, and I know they will keep my ears toasty during the winter bike rides.
