Notes

Granny ripple afghan for these folks:
https://www.va.gov/homeless/nchav/models/safe-havens.asp

Each 6 rows is about 4.75 inches, so the afghan should be at least 60 inches long.

Chain 170 with a stitch marker after every 18th chain so that a point is at each stitch marker.

Having a hard time with putting it down and then picking up and reversing the row before coming to the end of a row. I guess it’s difficulty focusing.

04-03-2020 Halfway measurements

Just reached the halfway Red and the measurements are 36 long and 53 wide.

Had to stop. Ran out of white acrylic and the other white acrylics I have are too different in shade.

Reminder:
Michael’s Craftsmart
Never Enough
Costs about $5.99

08-21-2020

There seems to be a country-wide shortage of white Michael’s Craftsmart Never Enough. I took the afghan to Michael’s and Joanne’s and checked at least 6 other brands. None of them are the bright white of Never Enough. I’m going with one that feels and looks like it and looks the same in some lighting situations.
