Notes

I learned the two-color color cable cast on from Nancy Marchant’s book, Knitting Brioche. The hat, Delft’s Blauw, is an excellent pattern to do to learn circular two-color brioche knitting in the round. I love it so much, I decided to try a cowl, but with just repeating the first two rounds. I cast on Wed night, 1/14/15 and will be done in the morning of 1/16/15.

Knitted during free time only, :-) since I work.

1/16/15: It was a quick knit with acrylic yarn. So quick, that within minutes of weaving in the ends, I put it in a gift bag and met my colleague. She’s going to work in another city for our company, so today was her last day in my building. :-)
