Scalloped-Edge Ribs pattern from “Knitting Fresh Brioche” by Nancy Marchant, pages 72-73

I swapped the LC and DC - so that the variegated yarn is the LC and the white/cream is DC. I really like how it’s turning out.

This took a long time, because I would put this project down and work on others. I would guess it would have taken a week, if I was only working on this in all my free time. I also didn’t have a deadline, so it was nice to just work on this whenever I got bored with my other projects.

I knitted until yarn ended. The white yarn was the first to finish, so I weaved in the ends of white and then did the Kitchener bind off with the multi-color yarn. So, 216 yards/100 grams of white and the same of the multi-color was used in this scarf. I am not planning on blocking, since both yarns are acrylic. It actually feels really good, and I honestly don’t think it needs blocking.
