Row 107: 78.4g shadow, 77.3g weed. Restarting from the black end for stronger contrast. (MC/green-blue starting from teal in both versions.) Would have been ok if the cables were 2 sts wide, but as single columns, the darker colour is getting lost.

Sadly, I think as much as I love this pairing, the closeness of colour/value combined with the dappling of the variation means they blend just a bit too much. Poop.

Restarting with a pair of solid Wollmeise, but keeping the closeness of the 2 colours out of curiosity. :) My hope is that the background stripes will blend while the floating cables differentiate.. Time will tell.
