Christina bought this yarn at a thrift store, so it’s only fitting that I should knit something for her… Gracie helped me find the pattern. I couldn’t start right away ‘cause I didn’t have a size 13 needle.

Bought the Knitpicks needle tips and a Faux fur pom-pom at aunt Margaret’s in Chelmsford, all set to go now… Going to use 1,40”circular needle.(actually used 47”, it was too long)

cast on 52 sts.. Divide for magic loop. (26 & 26). Work 3 rows.

On the 4th row increase. work 5, m1 k1, (8 times) end k 4 sts. (60 total) .

Continue rows in pattern. I’ll repeat rows 9-16 for taller hat.

Topped off with faux fur pom pom… I’m super happy with the results.

Next… Gracie picked out a “Pink” yarn online. She wanted a white Pompom…
