Getting some seriously yummy purples.

A little hard to photograph. The camera autocorrect wants to brighten everything which washes the true saturation out. And tends to lean red. I’ve got both red-purple and blue-purple, so there are some shots that lean too heavily red.

Soaked in cold water and conditioner. NO bleeding at all. Definitely relaxed and opened up.

LEFTOVERS
. There is definitely enough leftover for smaller shawls, so I may experiment with shawl shape using similar fade technique.

ADDITIONAL POSSIBLE COLORS
Malabrigo Sock Remnants
. Violeta Africana: medium-dark purple
. One of my Candombe remainders is a darker mix of purple, blue, and green. The other has too much ochre.

. Madelinetosh Himiko is an intense blue purple. The older lots are black-washed.
