7-21-14: Cast on 70. Deviated on the colors because I only have 2 skeins of Opal and then 1 skein of 3 other colors.

7-22-14: Progressing nicely. I’m on the 2nd color of the first set of Stripe A. This yarn really needs to be knit up in stockinette stitch. It shows beautifully with this stitch. I think it’ll turn out fabulous. And, it may be boring, but adding the icord edges really adds enough interest that I’m happy just knitting and purling!

7-29-14: Just bound off. I realize it only took me 8 days of on and off knitting on this scarf, but it seemed like an eternity. I am so glad this is done. It’ll be great after blocking, and extremely warm. The yarn is super soft. Glad I found this pattern for this yarn. I’m going to see if I can find a hat pattern so I can use up all the yarn leftovers.
