I’m managing to get gauge so far with Plymouth Encore, which is more of a worsted weight yarn, so I’m using that. The only thing I’m concerned with is that the sleeves in the picture appear to be too narrow for a 2-year-old. I wrote the designer to see if anyone else has raised this as a concern. I’m hoping perhaps there is an errata somewhere. If not, I may just modify the pattern myself to widen the sleeves.

I wrote the designer, who helpfully suggested a way to widen the sleeves. It worked beautifully and the tiny recipient was happy with his sweater…okay, his mother was happy with the sweater! LOL…
