Started with foundation dc (193 dcs = 12 repeats x 16 st + 1).
The 2 repeat rows at the back: 94 sts. (started the wave repeats with a hdc)
The right side of the V: cast on 35 foundation dc.

I preferred the hdc ribbing for the bottom edge.
