realized I should have started with white. the pattern is starting to make since. had to restart it. then made it to row 12 to take it back to row 5 for a mistake. the work looks good and I like the squishy feel to it. slow but steady.

I got to row 24 and decided project was too tight. I will go up to a H- 5.0 mm hook. took photo of G-4.00mm hook progress. This will be much easier to redo.

finished the 2nd color. it is getting easier as I go.

ok so I had to give this a time out with the changing of color and starting in a new spot. Realized row 46 has 2 parts or 2 rows, the second is just sc.

if don’t want to join a new color can slip stich nest 5 stiches after join and make sure to work into those slip stiches on the end of round so does not change pattern.

I already cut the yarn before I realized I needed another round before the change color. I changed the color anyway and used this technique.

If I do another one of these I think i will change pattern instructions as if not changing colors.
