Once again I started with an 8 stitch CO divided between my magic loop needles instead of a crochet magic ring. I increased to 34 stitches because the top is usually pretty tight. Adding in bands of solid blue at the top & bottom. I did 17 pattern repeats.

I BO 14 stitches, knit 2 & put the 3 stitches on a holder, BO 14 more, then knit the final 3 into a 32” long I-cord with the smaller needles. I did a 3 needle BO to attach the stitches to the 3 from the holder.

Pretty AND finished in one day!
