For Phil’s homeless program. Trying a new pattern as my availability is limited & the other pattern takes two colors. This may make up more quickly anyway. I’ll try it knit flat, per pattern, first, then decide if ITR is better.

CO 28 stitches with Psychedelic colorway. I did this one top down so I could do a 3 needle BO for the bottom. I knit 2 rows, then an eyelet row. Alternating one, two then three garter ridges (on RS) with eyelet rows. I did a 3 needle BO to close the bottom & mattress stitch to close the side. I will definitely do the next one ITR. I did a single crochet chain 80 stitches long with solid navy yarn to thread through the top row of eyelets. Just okay, next one will be better.

This one, Shades of Rust, done ITR, 28 stitches. Eyelet rounds banded by purl rounds. SO much easier than knitting flat & looks better too. Cord from sparkle red, 85 stitches long.

Next up, solid navy blue - got 4 from ball.
