You can tell which one Rawl is because he’s larger than the other Daleks (well, there might be a couple other things that give it away). He’s wearing a neck brace because, according to my daughter, he sustained whiplash while either trying to set a land speed record in his casing and got distracted by the piece of pizza he was eating, or was learning to rollerblade and really sucks.
