Was going to use this yarn for a reversible afghan, but decided it would be too bulky for a tiny baby, so I decided to try this one :)

Feb 9, 2014 Joining by sc thru both loops on the wrong side. This gives a smooth finish on the front with a nice ridge on the back!

Feb 12, finally, all motifs stitched in rows & all but the last 2 rows stitched to blanket. Not sure if I’ll follow the pattern for the border. I want to get this finished & to the hospital for the kiddos.

eta: Border is 1 round sc & 1 rd dc.
