Jack wants a hat, no gloves. Liam wants gloves, no hat. Neither agreed on colour.

Finished. Couldn’t persuade Jack to have gloves, but Liam loves the hat - finally found a hat that suits me, Mum - success!

The Detail

I love this pattern. It is simple to follow and uses techniques that I haven’t seen before, but which appear so simple I wonder why I didn’t think of it.
The yarn is gorgeous, soft and the colours are perfect for Autumn.

By accident I did 0.5” to much before changing colour for the hat rib, but it worked out fine, however I will have used slightly more yarn because of it.

I used a full ball of the light grey to make a hat and gloves in the Adult/Lge Adult sizes (only 4g left).
The burgundy hat used 45g of the burgundy and 21g of the dark grey contrast.
