Chart A and Chart C have the same pattern. The repeats can be reduced or increased to lengthen or shorten the stole.

The repeats in chart B must be done to get the entire pattern right.

I used so much less yarn than specified. I hope it doesn’t affect the size but will only know after I block it.

Nov Update

Blocking done. The width now measures 20 inch, 1 inch short of the specified width. I didn’t cast on loose enough but I am happy. Will post pictures of the FO soon.
