Didn’t hit gauge (more stitches in 10cm) but compensated by choosing instructions for larger size accordingly.
It was a quite entertaining knit, the only challenge was the cabling over 11 stitches but it all worked out. Also intentionally dropping stitches and laddering them down is awkwardly satisfying ;)
As to be expected blocking is absolutely necessary, before that the pieces looked like a total mess.
Wouldn’t recommend to use yarns wich tend to snap back like merino, cashmere or similar. Cotton, silk and/or linen are mandatory for this pattern to shine.
I liked the technique to prevent curling of the sleeve edges. Works and looks clean and nice. Smart detail.
