Round 1: knit
Round 2: k1 k2tog yo k1 yo ssk k2
Round 3: k2tog yo k3 yo ssk k1
Round 4: knit
Round 5: knit
Repeat round 1-5 a total of 12 times

Heel over needles 1 and 2:
Row 1: sl1 k1
Row 2: sl1 p all
Repeat a total of 20 times, pick-up 21 stitches on each side, 1st decrease in 1st round then every 2nd row until back to 64 stitches. Continue with 60 straight rows (12 repeats) then start with one decrease round and continue to decrease every 3rd round (2x), every 2nd round (5x) and every round (4x) - 16 stitches remaining, close with Kitchener stitch.
