Making this as a KAL with Alison aams as a reinterpretation much simplified of a garment in an Anthropologie catalogue - discussion thread here and KAL here.

Using needle sizes:
4mm yoke and upper bodice
4.5mm in-the-round sections of sleeves
4.5mm ribbing
5mm lace
poss 5.5 or 6mm cast-off

Swatched 2 strands held together with 4mm needles and it works really well, producing a soft, light, fairly airy fabric. The cotton marl is strengthening the cashmere. Swatch has stocking stitch for gauge, 3x2 rib and Alison’s column lace stitch which is pretty but might pull in too much.

Trialling this interesting new top down set in sleeve construction and here from LindaF from a method by SusieM here, here and here. More in this thread. It works. Really, really well.

This garment is worked seamlessly from the top-down using the contiguous sleeve method developed by Susie Myers, SusieM on Ravelry.
