Cast on count is off, it is not a multiple of 11, and casting on odd number of stitches will result in 2 knit stitches together at the end/beginning in the rib.

I needed to add a repeat, so CO 142. Added a stitch after ribbing to make multiple of 11.

Not actually an extra repeat: an extra stitch in each repeat.
