I’ve been having a bit of a rough week and could use a pick me up, so I whipped up a simple rainbow cowl.

The Wondersoft has been in my stash forever and I adore the colours but could never think of any stitch or pattern to bring them out. The Wendy I added for warmth and to simulate fluffy clouds.

Pattern is just crochet (or was it an e-wrap?) cast on 30-something small blue pegs on the MS loom. Then 6 rows of knit with the Wendy and k + p the Wondersoft until it looks about right. I didn’t pay too much attention. It was lovely to not have to count rows and overthink things for once, to be honest.

It can worn up, with one end rolled over to make a collar and folded in half. Modeled by my youngest son, Scout. (He was paid in grapes)
