I am starting an illusion of an owl with an ambigram underneath, the pattern is started enough to start knitting and the ambigram is designed to be viewed in the mirror. I don’t see anyone else using ambigrams, but as soon as I had first seen illusion/shadow knitting, I have wanted to combine this with ambigrams.I want to have this finished by August 20 as part of a University assignment so here goes…

All done and it looks awesome, it is getting a light blocking overnight. Photos up, in the first one, if you looke carefully at the word it says reflection, which I know is quite obscure - but it is an illusion and it gives a hint to look in the mirror - and then the second photo is what appears in the mirror - can you work out the word now? REVELATION

Not bad for my very first illusion knitting project!
