Adoring this knit. It eats a lot of fiber but when I felt how cushy it became I was MORE than okay with it.

Mods:
-I went with a 48 stitch base and CO 20 because my (US Women’s 9.5, 41 international) foot and loose gauge made a really big toe. And my superwash dk choices I figured would grow. Magic loop long cable for the whole thing. I also didn’t do quite as tall knowing I had 1 skein of suri to split. Maybe a yard left!!

-I did the RLI (right lifted increase) on toe instead of kfb but followed the ADORABLE drawn stitch m1l on the heel.

-I normally do a flap heel style so maybe I couldn’t follow the instructions but on the heel turn I had to do my ssk and p2tog over the “gap” but I always just cross my fingers and accept whatever heel comes out the back side. I did less repeats as I had less stitches.

-I found it handy to weave in all my ends (I left tails for the ones staying inside) before I attached the suri to the purl ridge on the inside.

-I did super loose tension on where the lining attaches to the bottom of the cuff. If I knit tight, I would have needle sized up. I also put all the picked up purl ridges on a different circular needle and then arranged them (alternating) on my size 4’s.

-Loved the tension of the inner sock and ended up with a slightly shorter foot/toe because while I didn’t want it to tug the cuff down, my foot enjoyed the slight tug? I also think the dk will block bigger than the suri so I was split the difference in length.
