With yarn initially aimed for another design and some waste yarn I started off. A friend of mine said the colours had a “Burberry feeling” and obviously they do!

Last round in stockinette stitch (body): Casted off middle stictch of three steek stitches to divide for rib. Length of body 17 cm from armpit.

Since I wanted a straight silhouette and not a contracted rib making the cardigan smaller over the hips, I made a k3 p2 rib. First round is made k3 k1&p1 in next st. This transforms 4 stitches into 5.

Sleeves
Picked up 8 st, instead of 6, between sleeves and body.
Dec made as follows: k4, k2tog, k to 6 st remaining, ssk, k 4.
Before rib, k 1 round in red, p 1 round in red, k1 round in white, p 1 round in white, k 1 round in blue, p 1 round in blue. Needles 4 mm.
Rib. 44 st remaining. K2, p2. Needles 4,5 mm
