Grabbed two balls of 4ply baby wool from stash (they aren’t even the same colour - one white, one cream).

Measured how much wool used in a row of knitting on a pair of socks and using very big needles, knitted wool double twice the width of socks.

Am hoping for stripes of teal and graduated colours

It worked just as I hoped!!

I am going to knit some socks like this really soon. But have decided to do the sock blank gradient dyed and stripe with black, and do toes and heels in black.
