Horrors! I finished my gorgeous Carrageen sweater but lost it a week later when I was visiting Niagara Falls. (How could that happen?!) I loved it so much that I made a second one (never do that!).

This cardi has an asymmetrical design and unusual ribbing. The ribbing carries all the way up the right side of the cardigan and is meant to look like carrageenan moss (seaweed). It’s clever and beautiful.

The yarn for both came from Ireland. This time I bought a cone of Donegal Tweed and it was wonderful to work with.

I am lining the button bands with Acufactum ribbon. Looks amazing. I’m using snaps as closures because they worked so well on #1.

This is a well written pattern that was a delight to knit. I lost weight and knitted the next size down this time. Both fit perfectly.

I look forward to making more Carol Feller designs in the future and highly recommend the yarn. The cone was super economical. It was the same Donegal Tweed as the Tahki brand I used for the first Carrageen I made but it cost less than the original yarn did when I bought it
