From my last day at Fry’s Electronics, to just before our arrival in Louisiana, here are a myriad of photos that I captured as time or opportunity would allow. I will need to add in photos a bit at a time, since it will take a while.
5/29 - The first 7 photos were of my last day at work. A darling friend brought me gorgeous little cupcakes, my boss arranged a red velvet cake and another of my Dept Managers made me a special Red Pizza with all red ingredients, right down to the dough :) and of course photos with my boss Fiston and another Dept Manager, Jesse. Then with my partner in crime, Darrell.
5/30 - The next 3 photos are ones randomly taken as we headed out of CA. Water found in the middle of the dry.
5/31 - The next 7 photos show you a peek at Tonto hiding out in the back of Bess, photos with my Mother that include a 3 generation photo and of course the big windmills and the welcome sign as we crossed in to Arizona.
6/1 - These next 11 photos are bits and bobs of our layover in Arizona, Sheba and Tonto exploring the motel room and a random cactus n such :)
6/2 - This grouping of 20 photos shows our journey into New Mexico, including a special stop that Trevorkane can fill folks in on, if they wish to know :)
6/2-4 - These next 8 photos touch on the delightful treasures Trevorkane helped me to find, delish food and a quite relaxed Sheba. We were so busy spending time with each other that we forgot to take photos! Liz, Bill and Wayne were quite hard to leave but we had to head off to Texas.
6/5 - These are the 2 photos I took as we entered Texas after driving away from Socorro, Hellooooo Texas!
6/6-6/8 - The next 7 photos are a sampling of some of the good time we had while in Texas with my Auntie Connie and Uncle Jon. The food was delish, and ya can’t go to Texas without picking up a lil bling :)
6/9 -The next 5 photos are the more comfortable, lightweight tops that Auntie Connie helped me find. The climate in Texas and Louisiana were obviously going to mean my current clothing was too heavy. As much as I dislike shopping, I really enjoyed doing so with Liz when we were in Socorro and in Texas with Connie :)
6/10-6/11 - The next series of 23 photos gives you a glimpse of relaxing cats and a laid back rat, along with gorgeous peacocks and friendly deer I snapped while touring the historic Fort Sam. It was truly a walk through history.
6/12 - This photo is of the stormy skies over Beaumont, Texas. We stayed overnight at a Days Inn before finishing our trek to Louisiana.
