Wanted to do another shawl, but wanted something a bit heftier than lace for a change…This huge skein of yarn was from the tiny stash my Mama Gina had, and Papa Joe had held on to it…Now, I get to use it to create something lovely.

Photos are in chronological order of chart completion, with the final two photos taken after bind off. Now, I just need to block it and maybe even dye it…..It is currently a very pale, ice blue.

The designer was absolutely awesome and sent me a set of charts that I could enlarge to see the stitch maps…..I can’t thank her enough. :)
