Knit circularly in two pieces: The bodice is knit in rib stitch from just above the hip to the bust line. The sleeves and top are worked in a Russian lace stitch pattern by casting on circularly at one sleeve cuff, knitting the sleeve, splitting the stitches and knitting the front and back flat, then joining the stitches to knit the other sleeve circularly.

I went back over a few areas that seemed structurally weak with duplicate stitch for reinforcement.
