I started with a basic circle. 6 sc in a magic circle, increase around until the base is the size you want. Sc in each stitch around in rounds until the bag is as tall as you want (decrease a couple stitches here and there as you go up if you want.) I chained 15 and skipped 5 stitches for the small handle, chained 80 on the opposite side and skipped 5 stitches. Slip stitched the chains and continued in rounds until the handles were as thick as I wanted.
